At Shrikhand Mahadev Yatra, we strive to provide a smooth and transparent experience for all our pilgrims. We understand that plans may change due to unforeseen circumstances. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully before making any bookings.
📅 Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 20 days or more before the journey date:
80% refund of the total package cost (after deducting any transaction or processing charges).
Cancellations made between 10 to 19 days before the journey date:
50% refund of the total package cost.
Cancellations made less than 10 days before the journey date:
No refund will be applicable.
No Show or Last-Minute Cancellations:
100% cancellation charges apply. No refund will be issued.
❗ Important Notes
All cancellation requests must be made in writing via email to: info@shrikhandmahadevyatra.com
Refunds (if eligible) will be processed within 7–10 working days from the date of cancellation confirmation.
Any transaction or payment gateway charges are non-refundable.
Partial cancellations are not allowed in group bookings.
In case of cancellations due to natural calamities, government restrictions, road closures, or medical emergencies, refunds will be processed based on actual expenses incurred.
🔁 Package Transfer or Rescheduling
You may reschedule your package or transfer it to another person (with full documentation) at least 7 days before the travel date, subject to availability and management approval.
🔒 Company Rights
Shrikhand Mahadev Yatra reserves the right to cancel any trip due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund or a rescheduled date will be offered.
