All bookings are subject to availability and will be confirmed only after receipt of the full or partial payment as per our booking policy.
Pilgrims must provide accurate personal details and identification while booking.

Payments can be made via our website’s secure payment gateway or through other modes as communicated during the booking process.
The final booking amount must be paid before the start of the tour.
3. 🚫 Cancellation & Refund
All cancellations and refund requests are subject to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
No refund will be given for no-shows or last-minute cancellations.
4. 🧭 Itinerary Changes
The tour itinerary is subject to change due to weather conditions, road closures, or other unforeseen circumstances.
We reserve the right to alter the route or cancel the tour for safety or other reasons beyond our control.
5. 🏕️ Travel & Accommodation
The tour includes tented or basic accommodation in remote mountain regions.
Meals, transportation, and other inclusions will be as per the package details mentioned during booking.
6. 🩺 Health & Safety
This is a physically demanding high-altitude trek. Travelers are expected to be in good health and physically fit.
A medical fitness certificate may be required. Participants join the trek at their own risk.

Shrikhand Mahadev Yatra is not responsible for any loss, injury, accident, illness, or delay caused by natural calamities, strikes, road blocks, government restrictions, or any unforeseen circumstances.
We do not provide insurance for participants. Travelers are advised to obtain personal travel insurance.
8. 📸 Photography & Media
We may capture photos or videos during the trip for promotional use on our website and social media.
By participating in the tour, you give consent for your image to be used unless specified otherwise in writing.
